Flash Freight Pvt Ltd performs its duties and obligations in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations including (but not limited to) those relating to anti-corruption, anti-bribery, anti-trust, health and safety, environment security, data protection. To the fullest extent permissible under the subject to applicable mandatory laws, FFL shall also comply with export controls, embargoes, sanctions and similar laws, regulations and requirements of the United States, the European Community and any other company with jurisdiction over the parties.
