HR Manager

The purpose of the position is to provide leadership in the development, implementation and coordination of holistic, practical and progressive HR strategies for supporting to achieve Flash Freight Mission and business goal with the end in view of creating change-ready organization that undertakes continuous improvement of the quality and effectiveness of its people management strategies. The role includes ensuring its alignment to, and support of, the work of the Flash Freight’s business initiatives.
The position also responsible for overall management of administration & logistics management in order to achieve the organizational business goal
