Sales Manager

The main purpose of this position is to lead for discovering and pursuing new sales prospects, negotiating deals and maintaining customer satisfaction and maintaining a long term relation with existing customers.

Responsibilities

Cultivates new sales leads to establish related to shipping industries business
Identifies and reporting on business opportunities in target markets and new business development opportunities in emerging markets
Develops customer relations including but not limited to sales leads, research, cold calling, qualifying leads, developing leads, and customer service.
Maintains and develops client relations for new and larger established existing customers, assuring all existing customer are contacted regularly to ensure customer satisfaction and develop need-based marketing relations.
Develops sales documentation including but not limited to spreadsheets, correspondence, sales proposals, presentations, and internal paperwork for new /existing customer proposals and presentations.
Develops and implements a sales action plan with objectives and strategies to increase revenue and aggressively acquire new accounts.
Develops an effective sales presentation that is continually tested and used in the field.
Develops, implements, and maintains procedures that enhance the efficiency of the business development team.
Execution of strategic plan to achieve and maximize sales targets and expand our customer base, as well as maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships to expand shipping industries.

Minimum Requirement

Bachelor’s degree in Management/Business Administration/Entrepreneurship or related field from recognized university with at least 5 years’ work experience OR Master’s degree with at least 3 years work experience in the related field (preferable in shipping, Logistics and Freight Forwarding)
Good Market Knowledge on Trading Industries.
Having an in-depth knowledge of customer relationship and dealing with their issues
Excellent written and verbal communication skills – both English & Nepali.
Superb interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with both customers, partners and service providers.
The ability to self-motivate and motivate a team
Experience working with targets
Must possess two wheeler driving license,
